MINAS SELECTION

Description
This coffee comes from a group of producers in the Carmo de Minas region in Sul de Minas. The coffee is made up of Yellow bourbon, cherries are
selectively picked on each farm, only the perfectly ripe berries are picked and and left to dry on Patios. Yellow Bourbon is a lower yielding Varietal but
produces excellent quality coffee. This selection was put together by these farmers to ensure a better price for their coffee due to the quality and hard
work they put into the processing stages of this coffee.
