HONDURAS LA SIERRE

Claque is one of Honduras's most interesting and least-known regions. It's a remote corner of the country, also one of the poorest and least developed. The dramatic landscape features very high mountain's and a few small valleys, along with rugged and underdeveloped infrastructure.

There are certainly easier places to source coffee, given the difficult access. However, the quality potential is great, and we're there working with small producers , helping them  improve their outcomes. This is where La Sierra Blend comes from: high-quality blend produced by farmers in this region, where farms follow Rainforest Alliance and organic practices.
