TANZANIA AA TARIME

AA/AB Tarime is a carefully selected blend of coffees from the Tarime District of Northern Tanzania's Lake Zone, chosen for their distinctive cup profile. It is produced by a group of farmers committed to specialty coffee, who have consistently improved quality over the years to achieve incomes for themselves and their community.

The harvested cherries arrive at the Mariba Central Processing Unit, where only the best fruit makes the cut. After pulping, fermentation and washing, the parchment is slow-dried on raised African beds, regularly turned and shaded from the midday sun, before heading to the mill for final grading.
