Pecan, Dark Chocolate
The Cerrado Mineirois is a region well defined by its climatic seasons. The coffee farms benefit from its hot and humid summers and mild and dry winters. The plantations are cultivated at an altitude of 1100 meters above sea level. Its combination of soil and climate characteristics make the perfect microclimate and conditions for the production of high quality coffee. This particular selection of farms is a cooperative effort by a number of farmers who otherwise couldn't afford to produce such a high grade product.
